The Sporting Life Accumulator features the selections of our top tipping team from across the various leagues and you can back the picks every week with Sky Bet.

We also have our Going for Goals selection available again, in which we back both teams to score in a multiple of games.

    Here's our latest offering:

    SPORTING LIFE ACCUMULATOR

QPR, Derby, Notts County, Newport and Dunfermline all to win at 33/1 with Sky Bet.

QPR to beat Charlton (Sky Bet Championship)

Rangers desperately need a win after losing successive games for the first time this season, a trip to struggling Charlton comes at a good time

Derby to beat Bournemouth (Sky Bet Championship)

The Rams look the safest bet of the weekend after already winning twice this week.

Notts County to beat Shrewsbury (Sky Bet League 1)

County have made great strides under Shaun Derry to get within a glimpse of safety while the Shrews have plummeted of late.

Newport to beat Cheltenham (Sky Bet League 2)

Newport ended Oxford's unbeaten away record on Tuesday and that will give them a huge boost ahead of the Robins' visit.

Dunfermline to beat Ayr (Scottish League One)

Dunfermline have comfortably won their last two league games and look back to their best.

    GOING FOR GOALS

Both teams to score in West Brom v Fulham, Brighton v Wigan, Charlton v QPR, Carlisle v Rotherham and Dumbarton v Raith at 14.33/1.

    West Brom v Fulham

West Brom have given the top sides a good game in recent weeks so should at least find the net against a drop in class.

    Brighton v Wigan

This is a crucial game between two sides trying to close the gap on the top six and should be a close contest.

    Charlton v QPR

Charlton are struggling so a London derby might be what they need to be inspired while promotion hopefuls QPR will be trying to bounce back from a 3-1 defeat to Reading last time out.

    Carlisle v Rotherham

Rotherham are one of the highest scoring sides in League 1 so obviously pose a threat but Carlisle are on a high after winning at Coventry in midweek.

    Dumbarton v Raith

Dumbarton are scoring goals for fun north of the border but their defence isn't great so Raith will fancy their chances of finding the net.

Racing, football, rugby and boxing feature in this weekend's punting pack as our tipsters pick out the best value.

Channel 4 Racing commentator Simon Holt is keen to take on the favourite in Kempton's BetBright Chase, while he also offers a selection for the Betfred Eider at Newcastle.

Man On The Spot covers both those National Hunt cards as well as the action at Lingfield, where Grandeur is fancied to land the Winter Derby Trial, while Ben Linfoot's Value Bet has 9/1 and 16/1 selections.

We also offer completely free racecards and Video Form as part of an unrivalled racing package for Sky Bet customers.

It's another big weekend in the Barclays Premier League and our expert Nick Hext is backing Crystal Palace to pile further misery on Manchester United as he and Chris Hammer look at Saturday's matches, whereas Matt Brocklebank fancies Liverpool and Newcastle to oblige for favourite backers on Sunday.

The battle to reach the Premier League is really hotting up in the Sky Bet Championship and Craig Chisnall expects QPR to boost their prospects with a win on Saturday, while Gareth Friel takes care of the action in the Scottish Premiership.

England face Ireland in the last of three matches in the RBS 6 Nations and George Primarolo puts forward what he considers the best bet of the tournament so far, while if league is more your think we've got the expert views of Ian Millward who thinks Wigan will make life tough for Roosters in the World Club Challenge.

Finally, Simon Crawford bids to follow up on a winner last weekend with his latest boxing preview to ensure you're well set for all the major sporting events this weekend.

    Best of luck.

Swindon's fine home form is keeping them in the play-off hunt - they can't be ignored at this price.

    Here's our latest offering:

    SPORTING LIFE ACCUMULATOR

Leicester, Bury, Luton, Dunfermline and Stirling Albion all to win at 22/1 with Sky Bet.

Leicester to beat Charlton (Sky Bet Championship)

The Sky Bet Championship's runaway leaders show no sign of slipping up and it would be a huge shock if they did against lowly Charlton.

Bury to beat Cheltenham (Sky Bet League 2)

The Shakers won big at Mansfield in midweek and are a side on the up.

Luton to beat Alfreton (Skrill Premier)

Keep getting with Skrill Premier leaders Luton. They have won their last three games 5-0, 5-0 and 7-0!

Dunfermline to beat Stranraer (Scottish League One)

Full-time Dunfermline have the better form and should win this clash against their rivals.

Stirling Albion to beat Queen's Park (Scottish League Two)

Only Peterhead have a better home record than Stirling and they've won their last two. Expect three points on Saturday.

    GOING FOR GOALS

Both teams to score in Stoke v Arsenal, Bolton v Blackburn, Rotherham v Notts County and Southend v Wycombe at odds over 10/1 with Sky Bet.

    Stoke v Arsenal

Stoke have a good home record but Arsenal have only failed to score in one Premier League game this year.

    Bolton v Blackburn

Bolton looked much improved at Watford but Blackburn have good attacking options and can cause their rivals quite a few problems.

    Rotherham v Notts County

Rotherham will be confident of picking up three points but don't underestimate struggling sides at this time of the year as they battle for survival.

    Southend v Wycombe

Both sides need to attack for different reasons, with Southend looking up and Wycombe looking over their shoulders at the drop zone.

Football leads the way this week as Manchester City and Sunderland do battle for the Capital One Cup, and it's hard to see past City.

Chelsea and Arsenal have the opportunity to edge clear of Manuel Pellegrini's side in the Premier League on Saturday and between them, Andy Schooler and Chris Hammer provide a verdict for every game.

Don't forget, you can also play the Super 6 game for free while it's worth checking out Sporting Life accumulator, which pays 22/1 this weekend.

Nick Hext is the man for Sunday's action and he's got a value selection in the shape of Crystal Palace, while for fans of the Sky Bet Football League, our expert Craig Chisnall has three tips.

North of the border, Gareth Friel offers his thoughts on the Scottish Premiership while Colin Ross is bidding to follow up on a midweek winner with his latest lower-league preview.

Our popular racing column Cathching Pigeons brings you the latest whispers ahead of Saturday's action and the man calling them home for Channel 4 Racing is Simon Holt, who has two tips for Newbury's card.

Wayne Hutchinson brings you the lowdown on his weekend rides while Ben Linfoot's Value Bet is also now available.

Ricky Burns faces a tough test in the ring on Saturday and he features in Simon Crawford's boxing preview, as our man bids for a third consecutive winner.

Once again, we've got everything you need for a successful punting weekend.

    Good luck

    Here's our latest offering:

    SPORTING LIFE ACCUMULATOR

Derby, Preston, Kilmarnock, Forfar and Peterhead all to win at 25/1 with Sky Bet.

Derby to beat Millwall (Sky Bet Championship)

Ian Holloway's move to the Lions has hardly gone to plan and the high-flying Rams should have far too much quality for them.

Preston to beat Oldham (Sky Bet League 1)

North End have a formidable away record and are unbeaten in nine so will make the short trip full of confidence.

Kilmarnock to beat Hearts (Scottish Premiership)

Kilmarnock should prove too strong for bottom-of-the-table Hearts in this contest.

Forfar to beat Brechin (Scottish League One)

Brechin have selection issues and Forfar can take advantage to claim the three points.

Peterhead to beat Elgin (Scottish League Two)

Peterhead have won 13 of their last 17 matches and suffered only one defeat since November.

    GOING FOR GOALS

Both teams to score in Doncaster v Huddersfield, Notts County v Leyton Orient, Bristol Rovers v Plymouth and Forest Green v Cambridge at odds of over 10/1 with Sky Bet.

Doncaster v Huddersfield (Sky Bet Championship)

Doncaster lost 5-0 last weekend so need to respond in this Yorkshire derby against a side who enter this match on the back of five goals of their own.

Notts County v Leyton Orient (Sky Bet League 1)

Notts County conceded six goals last time out and lost 3-2 in the game before that so defence isn't their strength. Now they face promotion contenders Orient.

Bristol Rovers v Plymouth (Sky Bet League 2)

Both sides need the points for different reasons in this clash. Rovers are battling to stay out of the relegation scrap but it will be tough against a Plymouth outfit who have won 4-0 and 5-0 in their previous two matches.

Forest Green v Cambridge (Skrill Premier)

Forest Green have massively underachieved this season but they are strong in this market with six of their last seven games seeing both teams score. FA Trophy finalists and play-off dwellers Cambridge provide tough opposition.

There's a wealth of important football fixtures this weekend and Ian Ogg is backing Manchester United to secure a morale-boosting Premier League win on Saturday.

Arsenal take on Everton in the FA Cup and Ben Coley fancies the hosts to progress, while Nick Hext has a 20/1 tip included in his preview of Sunday's ties.

As usual, Sky Bet Football League expert Craig Chisnall provides his take on the action while Gareth Friel is your man for the action in the Scottish Premiership.

And if you agree with our experts then you have the opportunity to take enhanced odds about the Sporting Life accumulator which this week returns £250 for a £10 stake.

In racing, it's very much the calm before the Cheltenham storm but there's money to be made in the Imperial Cup where Simon Holt and Man On The Spot are in full agreement, while Ben Linfoot's Value Bet column has two selections at big prices.

There's top-class tennis at Indian Wells where our Andy Schooler is hoping Tomas Berdych can spring a surprise, while Simon Crawford is looking for a third winner in his last four boxing previews.

George Primarolo provides his take on the RBS 6 Nations matches and both he and Alex Payne make England their bet of the weekend, plus we've got rugby league covered thanks to Ian Millward.

    Good luck.

Newcastle midfielder Dan Gosling has admitted a Football Association charge relating to breaches of betting rules, the FA has announced.

Related ContentFootball Transfer CentreThe latest football newsFollow us on Twitter
The matter relates to multiple breaches of Rule E8(b) for misconduct in relation to betting.

Gosling has requested a personal hearing, on a date yet to be arranged.

Rule E8(b) specifies players must not bet either directly or indirectly or instruct, permit, cause or enable any person to bet on any result, progress or conduct of a match or competition in which they participate or have participated in during a season or in which they have any influence.

The 24-year-old is back at St James' Park following a spell on loan at Sky Bet Championship side Blackpool earlier in the season.

Devon-born Gosling began his career at Plymouth before attracting the attention of Everton, who signed him for £2m in January 2008.

He played 37 games for the Merseysiders to secure a permanent place in David Moyes' side before joining Newcastle on a free transfer in July 2010.

Here's our latest offering for the midweek action:

    SPORTING LIFE ACCUMULATOR

Middlesbrough, Reading, Rotherham and York all to win at 50/1 with Sky Bet.

Middlesbrough to beat Nottingham Forest (Sky Bet Championship)

There are 12 points between these two sides in the Championship standings but Boro are fancied to see off their high-flying rivals on the back of a confidence-boosting weekend victory over Ipswich. Forest appear to be starting to stutter and look worth opposing.

Reading to beat Leeds (Sky Bet Championship)

Leeds are bound to be vulnerable following Saturday's 5-1 humiliation at the hands of Bolton and Reading, who claimed a highly creditable point from a potentially tricky trip to Brighton at the weekend, are set to compound their misery.

Rotherham to beat Oldham (Sky Bet League 1)

Rotherham are having a very decent season in Sky Bet League 1 and come into this match following a break. Steve Evans' side have won seven in a 10-game unbeaten run and can keep up the good work at Oldham.

York to beat Mansfield (Sky Bet League 2)

Nigel Worthington's York are showing the right signs at present and will be buoyant after beating Wimbledon at the weekend. Mansfield are starting to toil and have already lost seven matches on their own patch.

    Here's our latest offering:

    SPORTING LIFE ACCUMULATOR

Reading, Brentford, Barnet, Hamilton and Ayr United all to win at 16/1 with Sky Bet.

Reading to beat Birmingham (Sky Bet Championship)

The Royals have won eight on the road already and Birmingham just two at home all season.

Brentford to beat Coventry (Sky Bet League 1)

The Bees won at Orient to return to second last weekend and will see off Coventry.

Barnet to beat Hereford (Skrill Premier)

Martin Allen is back in charge to boost Barnet's promotion charge and can start in style with three points against struggling Hereford.

Hamilton to beat Morton (Scottish Championship)

Hamilton are battling it out with Dundee for promotion to the Scottish Premiership and are the clear call for victory in this game.

Ayr United to beat Arbroath (Scottish League One)

Ayr have won their last two matches 5-0 to end their poor run while the visitors suffered a massive blow in their bid to avoid the drop, going down 1-0 at home to Airdrieonians last weekend.

    GOING FOR GOALS

Both teams to score in Cardiff v Liverpool, Blackburn v Leicester, Peterborough v Rotherham, Bury v Dagenham and Mansfield v Chesterfield at odds of over 16/1 with Sky Bet.

    Cardiff v Liverpool

Liverpool's attacking prowess needs no introduction and on Saturday they visit a Cardiff side battling for their Premier League lives.

    Blackburn v Leicester

Leicester are scoring goals for fun in the Sky Bet Championship but Blackburn will be going all out to win in a bid to keep alive their faint play-off hopes.

    Peterborough v Rotherham

Peterborough and Rotherham have managed 125 goals between them in Sky Bet League 1 this season so why not more at both ends on Saturday?

    Bury v Dagenham

Dagenham scored twice in their last away game while Bury will surely view this as one to win.

    Mansfield v Chesterfield

Promotion hopefuls Chesterfield obviously have the striking ability to find the net although they might not have things all their own way as Mansfield eye an important three points in the race for survival.
