Eleven-year veteran Manu Ginobili tweeted to admit he had agreed to stay with San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday.
"Thrilled to announce that as I always hoped, I'm gonna stay with the @spurs for two more years," Ginobili tweeted.
Ginobili had spent all his 11 NBA years with Spurs. The financial details of the new contract remained unknown, while the Spurs didn't commented on the tweet.
The 35-year-old veteran averaged 14.9 points, 4.0 assists and 3.9 rebounds through his NBA career.
